Centers/Post-Forwards

James Cawthorne           6’9”     Villa Park (Villa Park CA)
Skilled post with size also has the ability to go out and pop the perimeter jumper.  Very underrated rebounder and “banger” runs floor well and works well from block-to block. Strongly-built forward is averaging a double/double this year and should be a very attractive spring signee prospect.

Rhett Anderson                   6’7”     La Canada (La Canada CA)
Very good “face-up shooter is an excellent student as well.  Committed to Yale, but might consider the “right” offer from a mid-major-plus or high-major school.

Shantell Norman                6’10”  Artesia (Lakewood CA)

Center (with enormous size - 290 lbs) is very much improved over a year ago   Solid rebounder has a surprising soft touch inside.  San Diego State, Colorado State, Tulsa, Gonzaga, Nevada, Long Beach State and San Jose State are among the increasing number of schools showing interest for this Oklahoma native.

Jack Appleby                      6’6”     Poly (Riverside CA)

Undersized, but active power forward is a productive rebounder and capable interior scorer.  Very good student too.

Josh Crawford                    6’10”   Wilson (Long Beach CA)

Extremely thin center is much improved but is not close to peaking yet. Josh has become a formidable shotblocker (among the state leaders in blocked shots – 4.9 per game).  With increased weight and strength as well as a college redshirt year, could be a legitimate D-I player.

Mark Einhorn                      6’8”     Calabasas (Calabasas CA)

Burly post-forward is a rugged rebounder.

Gilroy Hemsley                   6’7”     Fairfax (Los Angeles CA)
